Natalie is originally from Canada and naturally loves winter in all its glory (down hill skiing, snowshoeing, building a snowman, and a roaring fireplace). Cooking plant-based foods, creating fermented foods and baking artisanal sourdough bread are passions of hers. Her husband jokes that there is always a science experiment of some sort on their kitchen counter. She loves the outdoors and music in all its many forms.
Her clinical focus includes gut healing, cardiometabolic disease (lipids, cholesterol, prediabetes, diabetes, cardiovascular disease), perimenopause and menopausal hormonal changes, thyroid conditions, and viral illnesses such as Epstein-Barr and long COVID.
