Your introductory monthly fee covers the time we spend designing and tuning your initial plan — not pay-per-visit. Lab fees, prescriptions, and any device sessions are billed separately.
Visits: Initial provider visit + intake labs review + 1–2 follow-up visits in the first 90 days

Maintenance-only is for Medical Weight Loss / Shed & Shred patients who no longer want the full baseline plan but want continued GLP-1 management. Available on both cash and insurance lanes; the insurance lane requires an annual provider visit to maintain the prescription.
Visits: Monthly GLP-1 medication management visit + body composition / labs check-ins as indicated
