Insurance
All patients utilizing their existing insurance to help offset the costs of our services are required to pay for a package plan at the time of service. A package covers the services that are necessary in the scope of functional medicine but that the healthcare insurance industry hasn't created the coding and billing structure to financially recognize and support. A package covers 6 months of treatment and is a fee that is not billed to or paid for by insurance. Fees for visits with our providers will be billed to your insurance company for payment. The package fee does not cover any of the costs for office or telehealth visits, supplements, or specialty testing. You may use your HSA or FSA benefits to pay for the package plan.
- 6-month package: $1000
- 12-month package: $1750
- United Healthcare commercial plans (not Medicare or Medicaid) accepted starting 8/1/2023
